Hi, my name is Tri Handoyo, I want to raise funds for the treatment of Muhammad Nahdan Reyndra Alfaiz, a 4.4-year-old child from Mr. Faisal, Address: Corot Cetro, Rt 19 rw 03 Karang Duet, Paliyan, Gunung Kidul District. The disease suffered is Leaking Heart and is currently undergoing treatment / outpatient care at Dr. RSUP Sardjito.
Currently the required costs are Rp. 70,000,000 / $ 5,000.00 and the funds will be used to help inpatient and medical expenses for Muhammad Nahdan.
