Donald Lowe is a long time friend of mine who is facing spending the rest of his life in prison for a crime that was an accident in its commission. He has been through 5 different appointed lawyers who have all been removed either due to a conflict or incompetence. Donald is legally disabled due to previous neck and back surgeries, lives with an incredible amount of pain on a daily basis and has no family or resources to help hire a lawyer. His only chance of getting fair and effective legal representation is by hiring his own attorney, which is expensive.
