Domestic Violence Awareness Project

Domestic Violence Awareness Project (DVAP) is a flagship project of JCI Sumbingtik founded to advocate across local and national to end violence against women and children.

Domestic Violence is best understood as a pattern of abusive behavior including physical, sexual and psychological attacks used by one intimate partner to another (adult or adolescent) or to his or her children to gain, re-gaino or maintain power in the relationship.

DVAP's mission is to eliminate oppression against all communities and families.

We Aim to:

* Increase survivor's access to support system that are culturally appropriate
* To help rebuild self confidence of survivors of abuse
* Foster programming for the survivors of abuse
