Dogs in Need

I'm trying to raise money for an abused German shepherd. He's 2 and urgently needs help as he is chained (a very short chain) 24/7 in a construction area with no basic rights. He has been chained there for almost a year and half! He is rightfully anxious and no one wants to get close to him. I feed him everyday but he still has trust issues.

As weather gets colder and I'm running out of any luck to find him a home due to his lack of social behaviour, I talked to a place which is a pension for rescued animals. They feed him, train him, socialize him and later help finding him a forever home while I know he's safe and warm. And, they charge 50 Turkish Lira ( approximately 6$) per night and that's why I need your help. Would you please sponsor him even for one night? That would mean a lot. He doesn't even have a small dog house to stay in at nights. All money is going towards his shots, staying, training and re-homing. and with your permission any amount more than the needed amount will be used for other animals in need.
