I am looking to open a dog shelter in Spain but you need all kinds of licensesas and start up costs

there are so many abandon dogs just walking the street's that are skin and bone and some have just had puppy's which are starving too

but We need a place with land not a lot but just a nuth

to build 🐶 kennels and to be able to pay for veterney bills . 💉 Thay will need all their vaccinations to be chip and for passport so they can be transported to new loving home's with loving family All around the EU.
