Dog & Two Cats and Myself in Need Please

My two cats and dog are in need of a vet and food. We moved to the south about 8 months ago and ever since the fleas are out of control. I need to get this under control and cant afford for the right way to take care of it. They all need to see a vet due to needing tests done in regards to these fleas.Especially my two year old cat. We are in need of frontline for the coming months because weve used the last of the last. My 5year old dog Oatis love of my life is constantly itching and has soars on certain spots.My oatis is the most friendliest loving dog Ive ever had. So about 5yrs and 3 months ago I lost my 11 year old german shepard.All due to not being able to afford vet bill in regards to his kidneys. I never felt so helpless in my life with my baby being sick and theres was nothing I could do. So I promised myself I was not going to get another dog because it's not there fault I cant afford emergency situations for them. Well that went down the drain when a friend brought oatis to me at 8 weeks old, who came from an abused home and needed a good unconditional loving home. How could I ever let that baby go back to abuse when I had all the love to give and recieve. I have no regrets!! Now the two cats are rescues as well. My 7 year old toofie (who has a tooth sticking out of mouth at all times) was saved from being abandoned on the streets in a small town. I love my toofie so much.im the only person she trusts.shell run and turn away from others.when I sit on my back porch she comes up to me and dives her head in my feet like theyre my hands for some itching and loving.shes to cute. My other 2 year old who was found in our backyard barn. The mother abandoned her and when id sit in my back yard I heard the littliest softess meow ive ever heard.i codnt get into the barn due to me renting and the barn was off limits.so what I would do is throw food (hamburg,spaghetti, any left over) near the tiniest hole in the barn walls. After two weeks of laying on ground constantly trying to get the kitten closer to me by putting the food closer to me inch by inch every feeding to try to get him.to come out of barn so I could really help him.after two weeks he came out.he was the cutest helpless little thing ive ever seen.two years later, here we are. He is the smartest cat ive ever encountered. When im in kitchen cooking hell stand beside me like a little kid and extend his legs out to top of counter like hes learning to cook watching me. Makes me smile everytime. My animals have fleas and soars and we could really use the help to get rid of this problem. It breaks my heart to see them constantly itching . my family has no extra income due to there tight budgeting. If anyone could please help towards getting rid of these pesky itching creatures I know my animals wont continue getting ill from what carries oyt with continous fleas.
