Phil has been at Canine Distemper Clinic for 8 months and although he is doing well, his rescuers are unable to pull him out due to the huge amount of vet bills
It is nearing Christmas and we are hoping that he gets released soon. Phil has a loving adopter waiting for him. Please give Phil a chance to have a family.
Background:
I personally rescued Phil around my neighborhood when I saw him in blood following a hit-and-run case. He contracted distemper after his first leg surgery so he was transferred to Canine Distemper Clinic where he remains to this day. His current bill is almost $1600. Please get this boy home.
