Dog needs treatment

This is Toby flaco.
Toby is a stray dog in my neighborhood.
He has been here since we moved there and he has been so loving towards us.
We also noticed he had a collar with no id.
The so called owners don't care about the dog and they just gave him a collar.

He has wounds all over his body and mostly on his tail.
He also has a injured leg and had a other injured leg a few months ago and he also has his teeth chipped.
& He has a lot of ticks. ( Possibly more things , we don't know)

He has been very ill these past few weeks and he has been just laying under my dad's car upset.
We think if he doesn't get treated he will die very very soon... and he has still so much to live.

My parents don't have the money for Toby Flaco and we are really upset seeing him like that because we give him food everyday and we just love him a lot.

If he gets treated we will stay with him in our home.
But if not we will still be right beside him to show our love and compassion towards him.
