Dodi island Solar Power

Dodi Island can be found in lake Volta, Ghana.

The Dodi Development Initiative is a small , family run charity that works to provide funds to support education and health for all the community. We have built a school, drilled two boreholes and in 2020 completed a sanitation project providing toilet facilities. We partner with the Ghana Education Services and the district assembly of Asuogyaman. Our current project is to provide the school with solar power so the children can access IT, study after school and the teachers can improve and update current curriculum delivery.
