Doctors without ovens

Dear patients, tourists and good samaritans!

Your favorite team from the island of Korčula, Croatia needs a new kitchen oven. (The old one broke after years of service, so sad. :( )

You might be wondering why an ER team needs an oven. Imagine you broke your leg jumping from that cliff, the ambulance is coming, you can hear the sirens in the distance. They grind to a stop and the doctor jumps out together with the nurse and the driver, ready to haul you into the back of their van. You are the 30th patient in the middle of their 12 hour shift. Do you prefer the team who managed to eat a slice of pizza before this call? Or the team that just had coffee 3 hours ago? Consider this not a donation for an oven, but an investment into your service quality.

Full paramedics make happy paramedics, and happy paramedics have happy patients. We work hard, play hard, bake hard.

Any extra proceedings will be put towards spare medical supplies, meaning our office machine for lab tests. We use it to do quick blood tests in order to give appropriate therapy (let's battle antibiotic resistance!!) and our supplies depend solely on donations.
