my purpose of my website is register properties online which is for not sale and provide detail DNA mapping of properties in all cities and towns.
there is not clear way verify and some time they bribe government officials also to get their papers works done with out the consent of right full owners
I can put an menace for it .by DNA mapping of all property in all cities . so that common man can not be fooled as they will have second data base to check the details in our website and i have strict and stringed measures to register proprieties with us.
To best of my knowledge there is no website that provide details like this in India. i can provide details of all building in a particular street with all details by clicking a mouse only and my tool will be Google map and other latest softwareThink yourself do you know how many properties are there in your road . how may or owned?how many rented?what rents in market value? is it in litigation ?Is it for sale?who are the right full owners. i think you will not know. but my website will provide all details how many houses are there in your street and who are the rightful ownersWorking on final stages with in 6 months will be on platform.

total number of house and apartments.Who are the landlords.is it rental or owned.is it in litigation? do the owner like to sell apartment?Does it have legal heir?Is property tax paid?Is water bill paid?Is eb-bill paid?Does it need any maintenance?Is the property under mortgage?by whom and what terms and what collateral? How many emi are paid?if it is a plot?we provide fencing or building a compound wall ?By legal possession notice that property is not for sale?And we give 5 year maintenance of the property?This is my estimation there are more than 100 houses in gandhi nagar 2 main road Each house is minimum 24 flats that works to 2500 houses in a street .so just think about a city?I will be charging the owner 500 as registration as one time charges so that any one intend to buy the flat he will get the notification automatically?
