DNA and justice for my daughter

My daughter is turning 13 in May, for 13 years her father a spanish wealthy man has denied being her father. Im fighting to make him take a DNA test so my daughter can have knowledge of her spanish heritage. I am a single mother, just lost my job and I need help to pay for lawyers and investigation. Because he is wealthy he has been able to avoid the justice and not paying child support and I know he has manipulated the first DNA test. Imagine this happening to your little princesses. I want to prove he has done something illegal, my daughter needs a father in her documents and she is entitled to her inheritage when he one day passes away. Also my daughter wants me to take her to Spain si she can se where part of her is from and at least fill that void now that the void of a father not wanting her most likely wont be fulfilled. Please help
