DIY Aeroponics System

Building aeroponics system in home and product organic vegetables and fruits .

Aeroponics ; is the process of growing plants in an air or mist environment without the use of soil or an aggregate medium . The most important part of aeroponics is light and i use led grow lights in project .

50w full spectrum led grow light .

Led chips not produce the spectrum that the plant will not use .

My first plan is buy aluminum heatsink and integrate led chips . Led chips working on 220v and warms up quickly need good cooling .

After the lights are done i will buy light proof grow tent .

Later buy nutrient solution reservoir , pump , pots , pipes and aeroponic sprayers

Why is CO2 important for plants?

CO2 ( Carbon dioxide ) accelerates plant growth . There are around approximate 400 ppm (parts per million) carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The ideal ppm rate for fastest plant growth is 1.300-1.500 .

What does the CO2 controller do?

CO2 controller keeps the PPM level at the desired level using the connected CO2 bottle .
