DIVORCE FEES

My names is Marie. After years of a turbulant violent marriage, I finally fled to a Halfway house and started divorce proceedings. Unfortunately before the Financial settlement stage started, Legal aid was restricted and I have had to use the little savings I had to hire a solicitor. I could only raise £800 As a mother of 3 small children at college with no work, I am finding it hard to manage. I am in state that means if I dont continue fighting, then me and the children will be left destitute as he (their father) is not bothered since he has taken on a new mistress and her children. The money will help to pay the solicitor and hopefully get something out of the settlement for the kids. For the purpose of the childrens' privacy, I will not put their photo online.
