discovering dance and art

i am seeking donations to start a dance/art studio in my town (which does not have these types of actvities) for under priveledged children and teens, who cant afford a conventional dance studio unlike regular dance studios this one would feature an art class teaching kids and teens how to paint and draw,if they dont want to dance or if they are unable to dance,this program would inspire creativity and  would keep young people out of trouble and give them a place to go and learn artistic skills of many kinds ,i have the dance teachers and art teachers for the job, they specialize in hip hop, contemparary , jazz , and tap,but i am seeking a building in the city to open my studio so that it is accessable to the innercity teens and children and need help paying the teachers please help my cause and let the discovery of dance and art begin.... thanks and god bless
