Thankfully social media is how we communicate and kees the ever changing world connected.
Thank you to all the donors, contributors, outreach programs and individuals with blessed hearts. And thank our higher power for strength to get through it all.
I appreciate all that take the time to read my story and can assist us with donations, advice and prayer. Bless you all.
Long story short..My name is Sophia.im blessed with a beautiful family and proud of my family for holding on to their hope and expressing strength in our demise that is another obstacle to overcome successful and that's what bonds us. On October 02,2021 we lost my husband the father to our 5 children and 13 grandkids.in our mourning comes another challenge when we lost our home on December 14, 2021. The roof has collapsed from the weather and unforseen damage from the winds, and the rain continued to finish to destroy our home. The roof has 5 areas that were unbelievable, exposing the inside to flooding and electrical damage and weakening the floor because the home is an elevated modular. In response to the situation was the local fire department, public works and Red Cross. It's now January 5th and the opportunity for more challenging days has brought my family to complete homelessness with absolutely nothing. Were actually sleeping on sidewalks freezing exhausted and for us to communicate with outreach programs and individuals and obtain financial assistance for motel rooms, transportation to get to where we need to go and phone service to communicate we're not quite sure of our status ending or being overcome just yet.. Our home was declared a disaster and we're not able to go home. We have no assistance or resources that are beneficial to our situation. I'm documenting every moment of the experience so I can help provide realistic information, challenges, resources and the stepping stones to help others find comfort in knowing what to do not to do and recommended information when we don't always know what to do. By paying forward keeps us going forward not giving up and knowing when we demise we can always rise up and over come anything as long as United we stand . Thank you sincerely. I appreciate everyone for all you do to help others face hardships and hopefully my family will be blessed to receive some donations to help us recover and get ready for our next challenge. Thank you.
