Disabled Wronged By Goverment

Hi,  To whom it may concern, my name is Lynell Williams. I am a disabled retired worker of the VA Medical Center. I retired because of an injury that occured while working with the VA Med. Cen. I was compensated for my injury. The government feels that they overpaid me for my injuries. The amount overpaid is 14,000. Again I am retired. I live on a fixed income that doesn't allow me to to pay that amount and still survive. I am in need of help. Anything would be appreciated.
