Disabled woman needs help

Hello, my name is Melody I have had 7 heart attack with 3 heart caths and 2 stents put in, I have 2 that are inoperable. I have had a mini stroke and they think that I have clots in my brain I have 2 appointments for a MRI and a cranial ultrasound in 2 weeks. I also have uncontrolled Diabetes and Diabetic neurapathy. I have not worked for the past 4 years due to these and other health problems.

What I need help with is getting carpet installed in my house. I bought my home in 2008 and had new carpet installed, my mother broke her ankle and had 2 surgeries and she lives 5 hours away so I had to move with her for a while to help her out, so I let my sister move into my house to house sit while I was gone. And when I returned the carpet along with other stuff was ruined. She got a dog and they did not train the dog to go outside so he used my carpet as his bathroom and they would lock the dog in 1 of the bedrooms and the dog would scratch under the door and scratched up the carpet. And the children when they did not get their way they would pour kool aid, soda and food all over the carpet. I tried to steam clean 3 times but nothing helped the carpet made the house smell so bad so I had to rip the carpet up.

All I have right now is concrete floors stained with paint, sheetrock mud and adhesive glue.  It is driving me insane and cleaning it is very difficult because of the heart problems, I have to clean, sit clean and sit untill it is done which takes a long time.

Also with my neurapathy the concrete is killing my legs and feet. Please if anyone can help me I would be very appriciative. Any amount helps it doesn't matter if it is just a penny. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and yall have a BLESSED day!
