Disabled Widow trying to raise money to buy property

I am a 58 year old disabled widow, I own my trailer I live in but rent the property. I have lived here for 7 years, and now the owner of the property is thinking about selling. He said he would be willing to enter into a rent to own contract if I can come up with the down payment. I am not in a position to move if I had to so I am trying to get help in raising the payment. I have made this my forever home and am really afraid I might lose it. So I am hoping and praying to find help. Thank you and God bless.
