Disabled Veteran losing everything waiting on medical appointments for Myasthenia Gravis

Hello, my name is Billy. A little over two months ago I was taken off of work when I was medically unable to drive. I began having double vision and severe migraines. Today I still have the same symptoms but my vision and fatigue are severely holding me back. I am still waiting for an appointment to get treatment. I saw an eye specialist who told me, "I'm positive that you have Myasthenia Gravis(MG)." MG is an autoimmune disease that attacks voluntary muscles such as vision, swallowing, and breathing. Since I have been home we have had to sell most of our belongings just to get by. Now we are severely financially stressed . So, I am swallowing what little pride I had left to ask for help.
