Disabled Veteran family financial difficulties

Recently medically separated from the Air Force, my shoulders have been diagnosed with severe multidirectional instability with impingement syndrome which makes it very difficult to manage even mediocre daily tasks, the pension they give is not enough to live on and my wife recently deceloped Avascular Necrosis in both ankles making it difficult to get around, we are stuggling to get by with bills piling up, we have a 4 year old boy and 5 year old girl, any help is very appreciated thank you.
