Hello, I am a 100% disabled veteran of Gulf War 1,11 and Afganistan. I have had a stroke that has progressed into 2 very rare brain diseases. I have Empty Sella and Porenceptaly. I am in an area that does not have the medical care that I need. I need to go to a teaching hospital that has seen my situation. I need to relocate my family and I so Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL can treat me before the Porenceptaly gets out of hand an I die from it. Please help!!! I have given 15 years to the military and this country and I hope that you can see it in your heart to help me. Thank you Jeff Lee
