Disabled Single Father Needs Transportation

I am on disability, am a single father and I unfortunately found out I was epileptic after a car accident and I will never put anyone's life in danger again. I have multiple conditions and up until a back injury a couple of years ago, I was happy riding my bike everywhere. I use a cane and it's to painful to ride, walking is difficult. Life became hard and what's worse is I have become so isolated. I used to do volunteer work but it's to far. I want a good electric bike. I can get to the doctors, grocery stores, have some quality time and keep up with my kids. It's a matter of access to resources, mental health and generally and safely improving my life. I never thought I would be begging for help, but I have tried to figure this out for a long time. Thank you for your time.
