The city of North Chicago has filed a motion to revoke all duty related police officers Disability pensions. The city is taking this issue to court in order to get out of paying the disabled officers medical benefits.

I am a 62 year disabled Police Officer. I retired in 2009 due to a work related injury and was award a Duty related Disability pension, which include medical benefits. This is my only source of income. I am in desperate need for financial assistance to fight this case in court. if I loose this court battle I will have no source of income or health benefits. The city stated they are going to fight this case all the way to the top court of Illinois hoping I will not have the funding to fight them on this issue.

Please help me by donating any amount you can, in my fight against the city of North Chicago..
