Disabled husband, wife needs help

Disabled husband trying to help wife finish school to get bachelors degree. My wife lost her job 4 years ago after I got injured. She tried for a year filling out 175-200 applications and only got called for 3 interviews. My wife spent 18 years in the banking business starting out as a teller, to lead teller, to supervisor of tellers, to education ( she trained all employees that would start with bank or if any rule changes from tellers to managers of a branch ) and finally to product development specialist. Also raising 2 kids one still in high school. In the 3 interviews she received 2 told her she was under qualified ( they wanted someone with a degree ) and the other interview she was told she was over qualified. My wife is 47 years old and been going to community college for the last 2 1/2 years and graduating this May with a 4.0gpa out of 4.0. She wanted to go on and get her bachelors degree in accounting. I thought I would be back to work by now but after 4 back surgeries I can barely get out of bed any more because of chronic pain and nerve damage. Doctor just told us I will be disabled and need care for the rest of my life. Trying to survive over the last few years I used all our savings and ran out of money to pay credit cards to the point we had to file bankruptcy last November. I feel it's my fault she can't go cause all the doctors kept promising us I would go back to work and now I won't and can't get no loans because of the bankruptcy and can't figure out how to help her. Living here in Illinois, our politicians can't get there stuff together so we have no yearly budget and the public colleges aren't getting any funding cause of no budget so the schools aren't giving hardly any scholarships. So if you can any donation will be appreciated to help me make my wife's dream come true to finish school and get her accounting degree. She don't know I'm doing this, I would love to give as a surprise.
