Disabled Cerebral Palsy

I am a 34 year old male from Stockton California. I have a rare desease Spastic diplegia cerebral palsy which is is a form of cerebral palsy, a neurological condition that usually appears in infancy or early childhood and permanently affects muscle control and coordination. Affected people have increased muscle tone which leads to (stiff or tight muscles and exaggerated reflexes) in the legs.It has been a very difficult past year hard for me to do any physical work.I am new in the business and do commercial insurance inspections I have worked hard to grow the business and in the process haven't made ends meet. I have not worked in the past four months. I am just trying to get back on my feet both of my cars got repossesed 3 months ago I can't get a loan and I'm on the verge of being evicted. I have nowhere to turn any donations will be greatly appreciated to help me get a vehicle so i can provide for my family.
