Thank you for taking the time to consider assisting in my situation.

I lost my employment in Sept. 2008 during the financial dilemma of that time. I was not able to secure a new employment position and over the course of the following years I lost my transportaion and liquified all available assests.

Suffering from severe depression I sought out mental health from the Veterens Administration and am currently under their care.

I applied for disability in Sept 2012 and was denied, retained an attorney and had a SSDI hearing in July 2014. I was again denied benefits. The attorney found procedural errors and has filed an appeal. Though not contestable by the offical appeal process, it is also evident by the denial letter that the judge had not reviewed the VA health records prior to making the deciesion.

The bank has been very accomidating and has not been over actively pursuing my payments. This has changed. I was served with forclosure on Sept 3rd 2016.

I have lived in this house for 27 years. My family has assisted me in making the annual property taxes, but not the morgage. The property, my home, is located in the Ocala National Forest and provides the serenity I need to try and keep an "even keel" on my life.

Thank you for reading this appeal.
