Disabled and on hard times

I need your help. I fell on hard times when I became disabled and the debts never get paid as my disability payments are too small. Guess my work history was not enough. I also have heart disease and recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic. This does not help as my small income is not enough to afford a proper diet. A lot of food comes from food banks.

Now if I could get the funding to afford a 1-800 DREAMLINE from ACCESS COMMUNICATIONS, it would provide the income I need for a better quality of life. Also desire to form a corporation and have the business under the corporation name for tax benefits and more.

Also: After business is paying well, I wnat to set up monthly recuring donations to several animal leagues/shelters.

I am only asking for $1000. This will pay for One Dreamline and the corporation. $3000 would pay off ALL debts plus pay for the above. But if I can get the $1000 it would be enough for a great start and eventually would be able to pay off my debts and have a better quakity of life.
