Disabled & Desperately Need Oral Surgery and Dentures plus car repairs

I am disabled and alone. I need desperately to have oral surgery and dentures as a result of facial trauma in a car accident . The nature of my injuries call for a specialist. I live on disability and the deductible I need is a minimum of $2000 I have a neighbor who is 100% housebound and depends on me for everything she needs. My car is old and is not going to last much longer. I live in a very rural location so being without a car will put both of us in a very bad spot. We both have health issues and a dependable car is essential for survival. There just is no money to buy another car and repairs on my car or going to be expensive or it will take around $3000 to replace it with something reasonably dependable . I have reached out to several sources for donated cars and either their wait lists are closed or they only donate to certain groups. I am combing the internet daily looking for charity dental work but so far haven't found anything. I am in 24/7 pain but I still keep on working everyday volunteering to advocate for pain patients to get the care they need and for the civil, constitutional and human rights of all peoples. Asking as a last resort.
