Digital Me

Digital Me has the goal of raising funds for a professional computer workstation. I've set my goal as the DogHouse Systems R4100 (Link: http://www.doghousesystems.com/v/r4100.asp).

About me:
I'm a 2D and 3D graphic artist by edication. Mainly I work on freelance projects for minor clients - some who can't even afford to pay me (ie. local associations or projects for young people) - but I just love helping where I can. I'n the past I've worked as a 3D Artist on different projects where I was paid a fine wage. Problem is deadlines simply stressed me out and ended up destroying my life at the time.

The situation:
7 years ago I was kick out of my apartment and lost basicly everything I had since I didn't have the money needed to get my things back. This happened as a result of many years fighting with depression and Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
Since then I've been trying to get back to a normal life and now that I finally have the level of energy to engage in the graphic projects again I need a computer that can actually do this.

Help needed:
So now I do what I hate the most - I ask for help. Since I'm still not 100% ready for a full time job I have very little money to work with. The goal set at €4.000 is only the computer - this means I'll finance the monitors needed myself over time. Should I be able to raise more than my goal that simply means I can get a better setup (mouse/keyboard/monitors) with your help too. But the goal is the computer - everything else will be a beloved bonus.

No matter if this will get me €1 in total or I'll reach my goal, I'd like to thank you for taking you time to read my story.
