Digital Marketing NOMAD

In an attempt to reinstate the purpose of news media, I would love to launch an independent publication with high-quality, impactful, investigative content, in which individuals and corporates are praised or held accountable in a meticulous, impartial manner. In today’s tech-savvy and connected world, it is crucial for news media to shift their business model towards digital journalism. In that sense, I need to develop strong digital marketing skills, thus improving my chances of cultivating and maintaining the right audience and ensure trust and loyalty from readers.

In that sense, I intend to enrol in the “Nomad MBA”’s 3-month digital marketing course, from April to June 2018. Founded earlier this year by three UCL graduates and ex-management consultants, the programme also offers career support and mentoring as well as optional courses on entrepreneurship, self-branding and design. More than helping me progress towards my career goal, this course is an opportunity to experience an unparalleled international exposure. In fact, I will share co-working spaces with 29 other young professionals, in a different country every month – Chile, Peru, Colombia. This community of like-minded entrepreneurs will act as a positive social pressure, thus enhancing my productivity. Beyond professional growth and cultural knowledge, this programme also encourages conscious personal growth through well-being activities, such as meditation retreats and fitness boot camps.
