Diamond Home Care Center was established in 1996 by a compassionate couple,Rev Dr James Willson and Rev Dr Suba Willson and is registered under the Government Welfare Department (Registration No. A/PJB KK 002/2016) and the Registrar of Society (No. 2132-05-04)

The location of the home is at Lot 12757, Kg Columbia Baru, 32400 Ayer Tawar, Perak.The vision of the Home is to shelter and foster abandoned, underprivileged, less fortunate, troubled and orphaned children/youth in a wholesome home environment. Education, counsel and stability are also being provided for these children/youth placed in the Home.

Since 1996 we have had many children /youth (aged 2-18) come to our home for shelter.At the moment we are sheltering twenty-five (25) children/youth from different backgrounds in which twenty two of them are attending school and there are eight (8) full-time staffs under our management.

The monthly operation budget is RM 18,000-00 and annual operational budget for our home is estimated to be RM216,000-00. However, the Government grant that we receive is only RM36,000-00 yearly, which is only for Food and Beverages purpose.

Therefore, the home is solely operating on donations from the public, depending on sponsorship or donations, monetary or kind by well–wishers for its operational expenses. We also welcome a Patron to honor our efforts and sponsorship on monthly basis.
