My Grandmother FLORITA is dealing with an end-stage Chronic Kidney Disease. She’s 83 years old at the moment and we still would like for her to at least reach her 84th birthday this April 28th of 2018.

Grandma and the rest of my immediate family members were separated from each other for over two decades because she was stuck in a different country unable to come back to The Philippines because of lack of funding.

Finally in 2018 December 30th, she was able to gather some funding and she finally was able to reunite with me and the rest of my nuclear family consisting of my mother Erica (Grandma’s second child), my Aunt Aliza (Grandma’s third child), and my Uncle Glen (Grandma’s fifth child).

In order for Grandma Florita to survive, she undergoes Dialysis Treatments at least 3x every week with 2x a week of injectible medications (EPOGEN) which is difficult to procure even with Doctor’s Prescription.

She was given PhilHealth discount but it still isn’t enough to tide over all her Medical Expenses
