Dialysis fund for my dad

Hi everyone. This is my father, Jerry Simbajon. He is currently at the hospital battling kidney failure. He is undergoing dialysis right now. He needs help with medical expense for the medicine, shots and treatment. My family and I have been covering his needs but time has come that we are out of budget.
