Dialysis and Laboratory funds for Mr. Jerry Guadilla

Mr. Jerry Guadilla is undergoing continuous Hemodialysis Treatment Twice a week every month. He also needs to undergo an operation in order to change the path from Neck to his Hands for every dialysis session.

Mr. Guadilla is totally blind because of his condition, Thanks to her hardworking daughter Ms. Jessa Guadilla who is currently employed at National Irrigation Administration. In order to attend the financial needs of his father's medication treatments, Ms. Guadilla is going to these Government Agencies like PCSO, Philhealth, etc. in order to gain some financial help for her father's medication, she also using her privilege as employee to apply for a loan in her current employer.

Jessa is now serving as the eyes of his father, she also serves as the guide everytime his father wants to go somewhere of wants to do something. Her parents is already separated 13 years ago. Her only chances and hopes are the government agencies who helps the people like her.

I am doing this in order for her to gain more financial help from other people out there who is willing to help and provide the needs of her father. She is knocking to your hearts and asking for some help to survive the medication needs of her father.

Ms. Jessa Guadilla is also a student, she is currently studying at New Era University.
