Diabetes type 2 My Cure

Hello thanks for reading this.

I want to write my book so it could save and change peoples lives .Even one person this could change and make them healthy and fit would make this book a success.

My book is my personal battle with type 2 diabetes. It all stated in 2012 I weight 152 kg rushed into hospital blood sugar was 22 I had ketones in my urine. My eyesight was so bad I would wake up at night totally blind.

Three years later I weigh 76 kg my diabetes has reversed without any medication what so ever. My eyesight has improved so much I don't need glasses anymore. I'm fitter now then I was in my thirties. And to add that when I started my life changing life style I was Fifty years of age.

My book will go through my daily fitness and nutrition plan from day one up to present time. I have all the doctors medical reports to back this up and photographs.

I know this book will be a success because diabetes is one of the fastest growing illnesses across the western world.

So help me with my mission lets get this book in the bookstores, supermarkets and change someone's live for the better.
