Since a young age, the founders has had philanthropic urges to help those in need and have volunteered or provided services for a small fee through various organizations to help with fund raising events. We have worked with many organizations from little leagues, churches and schools to charities such as the Healing for Haiti, Sunshine on a Rainey Day, JMCA, Friends of CASA, Jam Nation, Red Cross, Puppy Up Canine Cancer Organization. We look forward to working with organizations to meet the needs of their charity as we utilize our skills, equipment and experience.
What we do:
DNK ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES, LLC is an events planning and entertainment provider based in Metro-Atlanta, GA experienced in producing corporate meetings and parties, arts & music festivals, charity fundraising events, teen & children's parties, weddings, birthday parties, proms and much more!
As a licensed business operating in Metro-Atlanta, The management team and associates of DNK bring to the business their combined experience of over 40 years in music production, sound production and performance, event planning, party planning, and music education. We are confident our expertise will be of great benefit to the clients and vendors we serve!
Why we need funding:
DNK Entertainment Services, LLC has worked hard for the past three years to develop a company to help charity organizations and to employ others as to reduce the financial strain that we all face as a Nation today. To this date, the company has been self-funded and is debt free! However, the owners to this day have not received a pay check and without the needed funding to expand, the business will soon fail and will no longer be able to support the many charity organizations that they support or the people that they employ.
What will the money be used for?
The short term goal is to expand the sound production services to the Film and TV Industry. The long term goal is to develop a Film – TV Production Studio to assist charity organizations in producing TV / Video spots to bring awareness of their charities in order to raise needed money to reach their goals.
What do we need now? Over the past three years the owners have spent over $20,000 to purchase audio and video equipment in which they rent out or use for various events including fund raising events. We have an immediate need to raise $5,000 to purchase or receive a donation of a mobile field sound mixer with bag, recorder and breakaway wire harness. Future needs will be to raise an estimated $200K to build a small production studio and editing suite.
What will you get out of it: Currently we are an LLC (for profit) Company. We will be establishing a 501c3 Corp. in the very near future where your donations will be tax deductible. In the meantime, your donation of:
$1 - $50: A personal thank you and added to a sponsorship page on our new website.
$50 - $99 Same as above plus a T-shirt.
$100 or more same as above plus, your name or organization will be added as a sponsor on banners to whatever we do on a public level. Plus an extra T-shirt!
