Develop a better, faster, more effective, energy-saving Bitcoin miner

After years of studying the technology behind the crypto currencies, I have decided to develop a machine that would be more effective.

We have all heard about Bitcoin, haven't we? To some this is just some vague unclear stuff, but to others it is a way to make a living.

The truth it is something that needs more information on how, where and what. Before people start to invest in such thing there are a few things to know.

1. Is it worth it?

2. Am I going to make any money of it?

3. What are the risks?

4. How much do I need to invest?

5. How long will it take until I get a return of my investments?

These are all questions that every person asks himself if they are wondering whether to invest in this.

So, here is my project. I have studied computer science and I have knowledge on the Blockchain technology that stays behind the crypto currencies. I also have hardware knowledge. There are a few ways to "mine" crypto currencies, but they are energy and money consuming. Building a mining rig is not easy and it requires certain knowledge. Video cards have gone expensive and this puts the entire effort "mine" a this way into a big risk. It is more efficient to get a mining machine. However, they are not cheap too. Besides they consume electricity like crazy, which makes it unclear whether your investment will be successful. With the knowledge that I have I would like to buy a crypto mining machine, have it disassembled, and rework the power supply in order for it to work cheaper and faster. So, first things first. We start with the model:

- Whatsminer M30S 88 Th/s Bitcoin miner. It's price is 2500 Euro.

- Once I get it, I will disassemble it and study its components

- I am pretty sure the technology can be optimized. I will run a few tests that I have in mind.

- I will try an optimize the electrics power supply.

- I will also improve the performance rate of the machine.

- By doing these steps, the machine will end up with the following improvements:

1. Create a machine that has double the Hashrate

2. Improve its power consumption to the level of a light bulb

3. Reduce the noise that it makes by 1/3

If I am successful, I will release the technology for free, so people can start using this technology.

This will reduce the risk, improve the profit and has its positive footprint for the planet as it will drastically reduce the electric.
