One of the severely affected by super typhoon Odette is my birthplace Santo Rosario Maasin City

Our village especially my home place Santo Rosario, Maasin City, Southern Leyte was shaken by the very strong storm Odette. Our place got isolated, our power and communication means were still broken and very limited, our livelihood damaged and taken away due to the storm. We usually manage to recover without help since we are used to these typhoons, but this one is so great that we need an extra help. We badly need your help now. As the days go by, many are still struggling to get food and shelter. We cannot resort for help from other villages for they are affected too hence we now resorted to external help. Anything you can give is of a great help to us and will be greatly appreciated. We might be of different faith, but our beloved mother may bless you and your family for your kindness. Thank you.
