Destination – Your Authentic Life

After many years spent in the corporate world and raising a family I have decided it is time to do something for the many many women around the the world who could benefit from a retreat in Italy. My mission is to provide a safe haven in beautiful surroundings where people can simply "Be Themselves.", a place where they can find out who they truly are and what they really want from life in a safe space that allows them to do so without judgement. This is a place where love lives and healing is enabled, a place of joy and laughter and friendship.

You may arrive as a stranger but leave as a friend, invigorated and ready to take on life from a new perspective. If you are lost we will help you find yourself as you are reunited with the unique and beautiful soul you have always meant to be.

My Haven is a place for retreats and workshops, for healing, creativity and discussion. It is also a place to venture into nature and explore the local countryside and culture or a place to simply relax, switch off from the world and do nothing at all.

So many people I speak to tell me they need somewhere like this, somewhere to escape from their current reality and make space to create a new one. It has been a dream for far too long and now it is time to make it a reality. The location has been calling me for years - it's between the lakes and the mountains in a little known part of Italy - a most beautiful part that commercial travel has bypassed. It is an area of outstanding beauty, cultural treasures, national parks, little known ski resorts and beautiful beaches.

My purpose is to bring this to life and help as many people as possible to tune into their true purpose, their individuality and uniqueness that will enable them to live without fear as they embrace the truth of all that is possible.

I have been working towards making this a reality as fast as possible but I have recognised it needs to happen now and it is time to ask for help to enable me to commit to the property that will make all of this happen. Any donation you feel inspired to make will be received with love and gratitude, however, if you are able to donate a little more I have put together a range of options to ensure that you also personally receive something tangible for your help. The coaching options can be booked immediately, whereas the B&B will need to be booked once we are in situ. I am happy to share more details on request and additional rewards may also be added later as and when I am inspired.

In due course, I will also be setting up a charitable foundation that will enable education and learning support to disadvantaged individuals or places around the world.
