Desperately needing dental work done!

I have been without dental insurance since I was laid off from work in December of 2015. I am an individual health care provider for my parents and since I do not get paid well at all by the state I cannot afford to buy my own dental insurance. The insurance offered through the state does not cover the major issues I have. Only cavities and cleanings.

Recently, I lost a crown from one of my back teeth and without the crown the tooth is wide open to infection. As of late it has been aching and I know if it is not addressed soon it will be a potentially serious problem. It has been estimated that it will take at least $2500 to fix all the issues, and

As I am a jewelry designer, I am willing to reward those who choose to help me out. I am a jewelry designer who creates pendants and other jewelry using precious metal clay and gemstone beads. These jewelry pieces are one of a kind and no two pieces are ever identical (examples shown below).

For a donation of $25, I will gladly make a beautiful pair of earrings for you and send them to the address you provide. For a donation of $50, I will gladly make a wonderful bracelet for you and send it to you. For a donation of $100 or more, I will gladly make a lovely bronze pendant for you and send it to you.
