SINCE YOU ARE HERE, we have a small favour to ask: FOR THE PASSION OF EDUCATION

I worked for a education centre which runs an adult teaching course and tution centre. I am only incharge of the tuition area. Recently, due to personal reasons my boss cannot and no longer can keep the company going and we are in debts: not able to pay rental and staffs salary as well.

i am appealing for volunteer who would considering donating any amounts towards the rental.

For those who may not understand where i am coming from. You may suggest reasons like:closing the ctr and refund the parents, ask for investors, pooling your pool of resources to work out an alternate solution.

Yes, we have tried all these but we got the same answers. As we are unable to pay for this month rental the landlord had issue letters to move out of the current premise and very sad my boss are not able to help. So i took upon myself to ask for funds to help out for the rental just for a couple of months to see all my students thru their end year exams. Some of the students have been with me since Pri 2. Most of them have attachments with the ctr and at this point of time from the bottom of my heart, I really had exhausted my ideas and the least is to let me see them thru their end year exams (some of the students will be taking their PSLE/O LVL).The tutors are willingly to contribute to help out by getting lesser tutoring fees but they also have their own responsibilities and i do not wish to put stress on them.

Monthly rental around $7K each month plus misc costs. At the same time, we also provide some free tutions for the less income/needy students so we are not really profitable.

I am appealing for donations to help us thru this semester and to buy time to arrange for alternatives to deploy the tutors and students. And I promise that at the end of the day, any amount left will go to charity organisation for the children.
