Desperate Mother

I am a mother of an 11 year old mildly autistic boy.  I work for a local medicaid transportation company that is based on mileage.  It is more seasonal and dependent on clients and doctors keeping the appointments.  I have not maid enough in my checks to pay my car payment this week and they are about to take the only vehicle we have.  It is not only the vehicle I use on the job, it is also the only transportation my family has.  My husband is disabled and we are still waiting on Disability to be approved.  We live on the measly income that I receive from my job and my son's Supplemental Security Income.  $5000 would catch everything up for us for this month and I have to have a lot of it by November 16th to keep my car and utilites.
