Derek’s Beautiful Brain

We are helping Derek Roberts and his family, Ashley, Riley, and Spencer, in raising money to help cover medical bills and living expenses while he is recovering from his 3rd brain surgery to combat brain cancer and its devastating effects which will take place on 8/18/15.

In 2004, Derek and Ashley began their love for each other, however, only two short years later, learned that Derek had brain cancer. They battled together with the help of their family and friends to fight for his life. Derek made it through this surgery to continue to celebrate their life together along with their first son, Riley.

In 2011, Derek again fought through brain cancer and again came out on top of this dreadful disease. Derek's life continued to grow with love for those around him and specifically for Ashley and Riley. Derek began coaching both baseball and football and his big heart has continued to greatly impact those around him. Derek is a great provider and father and an awesome friend. He is always there with a big hug and smile for others

In 2014, Derek's next love in his life, his son, Spencer, was born. Derek's love for this little boy, along with the love for Ashley and Riley knows no bounds. He is again facing now his 3rd brain surgery with the same courage that has helped him through his first two.

Please help us in helping Derek, Ashley, Riley, and Spencer to at least take some of the financial concern off the level of stress they are going through. We want to help give back to this young man who has given so much of himself and his life to others.
