Adhd & Bipolar disorder type1

I was diagnosed last November 13, 2018 Mood disorder bipolar type 1, but earlier than that, I'm ADHD. I tried to consult to psychiatrist because i have tons of uncontrollable thoughts & im having difficulty in focusing workplan. I have problems finishing my task,I have problem in clearing my thoughts. The psychiatrist told me its because I always think about the effect of what happened to me last July 2018. I was scammed. My life got affected, my family, business partners which trusted me I feel so depressed because I'm the one who introduced the scammer to them, now they are struggling too and i feel so helpless.I feel so worthless. My friends told me its not my fault, but i felt it is. It's not about the money anymore, its the effect of the money she stole from us. I don't have money to pay my debt, to pay for the case or to start new life. I even cannot help my family. I don't know if this will work, but instead being desperate, I would like also to share about MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS.
