DEPRESSED FGM VICTIM

My name is Naj and I'm from Kenya. When I was 10 years old I underwent FGM. It was so traumatizing and I received no therapy. I still get nightmares about it. Last year someone sexually abused and harrased me and I have never been the same. All the feelings I was healing from resurfaced. I have become so withdrawn, I've lost almost 17 kgs and I'm failing all my classes. FGM and rape are like taboos in my country. I went to therapy without telling my parents for 2 months now but I'm out of money. The therapy has been really helpful, my nightmares and emotional breakdowns have reduced. I'm trying to raise money to continue going to therapy and also to pay for the classes I have to repeat because my parents said they won't waste any more money on me. I have to pay my fees by 2nd week of Oct 2019 to do my exams. I really dont know what to do please help me
