When unemployment is as high as it is currently in the country, those who are focused look for ways to stay employed, and in some instances, create a sustainable income whilst providing a service. This means creating a way forward, with the knowledge attained in the sectors we feel comfortable providing that service.
This is what Denzil's SteelWorx is about. The knowledge I gained, and physically applying that info, through practical training and producing a product that is designed on paper and built with my own hands, has led me to create this start-up company that is looking to supply various products to the local market, and further.
Now, with myself based in the picturesque and quaint little tourist town of Sabie, I have identified there is a need for the services I render, both to the locals, through upgrades to local infrastructure, and the passing tourists that love to stop and admire everything tourists love and admire. With the money obtained through this campaign,
- I need to purchase the necessary equipment and material to start with,
- I need to fully market the business, (one of my strong points - having worked for a marketing company before)
- I need to have a cash-flow for emergencies and insurance,
- I need to fully self-host and update the self built website (https://www.denzilssteelworx.home.blog) on a regular basis (again this is something I have experience in, having built 2 other websites before, and which will lower operating costs when done by myself)
The website was built purely to highlight the work I have done in the past, a portfolio in it's entirety. There is a link on my website in the footer to my Facebook profile, should you wish to get to know me better or get to know more about my campaign, and the man behind the scenes, or rather welding helmet!
