I am 48 years of age and became disabled unexpectedly due to kidney failure. I am on very limited funding and can’t afford dental insurance but I am in desperate need of limited treatment braces on my top teeth that I just can’t afford. I don’t ask for help but I have mounting health issues and my disability payment is not enough.
