Dental Work and Teeth Pain

I am in dire need of dental work.  I have been in a very cyclic pattern every since I finally earned my bachelors degree.  My teeth have always been very crooked and I could not afford to get them straighten.  This is not the problem because I am okay with that the problem is I need dental work on one of my front teeth and a molar.  I have not been able to secure employment and I feel the appearance of my teeth especially the front tooth have been a factor.   I also feel dental health is important because other parts of the body are affected by deteriorating teeth.  Please help!

I do not have anyone I can seek assistance from.  I went to a dental clinic for low income individuals and I feel this is why I am in the predicament I am in.  The same clinic worked on these teeth twice.  I have been to free consultations at two dental offices in my area and the first thing they commented on was the discoloration in my front tooth.  I am hoping and pleading that someone will be able to help me so that I may secure full time employment and be able to contribute to others that are facing the same thing I am.  

I would also like to say that I was a dedicated volunteer until my dental health deteriorated.  I volunteered at the local hospital and in other nonprofit organizations that helped low income individuals.  I want to give back and I cannot do that if I am constantly in pain.
