Dental work

Hi, my name is Jo and I am very nervous to ask for help but I'm pretty desperate. I have had several medical issues for about 10 years and this has resulted in me having to take steroids for long periods of time. Unfortunately this has resulted in me losing a lot of my teeth. I've decided to do this today as I have lost another piece off my front tooth and I am struggling to eat or chew which means I'm basically living on wetabix!!! I am a single parent and have 3 children, I can only work short hours because of my medical condition so money is very tight in our household. I really would like to have my teeth sorted and maybe have a few implants to help wit the eating side of things. Please help me if you can it will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
